- When riding on the premises or outside of it, wearing a safety helmet, riding attire, and appropriate footwear for equestrian sports is mandatory.
- Parents/guardians of children must supervise their children as much as possible and inform them of the dangers and risks of playing on an equestrian facility.
- It is not allowed to play on forage (straw, hay, or silage bales) or on/with machines.
- With the exception of locations explicitly designated for this purpose, smoking is prohibited throughout the entire premises. The smoking ban also applies when riding a horse or riding a carriage.
- Instructions from stable staff and instructors must be followed.
- Aisles in the stable must be kept tidy and free of obstacles; harnessing equipment, grooming tools, and other tools should be put away in designated areas immediately after use.
- The harness used for each combination (including for livery clients) must be well-maintained and checked for defects and wear at least once a month.
- Everyone present on the premises must behave calmly and stay at a safe distance from the riding arena. They are not allowed to interfere with the activities during riding/instruction without being asked.
- Dogs are welcome, as long as they are kept on a leash.
- During riding, the riding area rules must be observed.
- The consumption of alcohol before or during riding or riding is not allowed.
- Clients and/or volunteers may only groom, lead horses and ponies to and from the stable, and tack/un-tack them under the supervision of stable staff.
- Clients and/or volunteers may care for horses and ponies unsupervised if they have sufficient knowledge and experience and the facility owner has approved it.
- The riding ability of new clients is assessed in practice by the instructor. The instructor assigns riders to lessons based on their level.
- Using a mobile phone during riding is not allowed.
- The facility owner has the right to deny access to any visitor who acts in violation of these house rules with immediate effect.
